1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan so you can shop with peace of mind.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days in major cities and 5–7 working days for other areas. You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

3. Are the products exactly like the pictures?

Absolutely. All our product photos are 100% real and shot by us. The products you see is the product you get—no hidden surprises.

4. Do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders.

5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

In the rare case this happens, don’t worry! Just contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost.

6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. (Please note: returns due to change of mind are not accepted.)
