Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or wrong.

  • The product is unused and in original packaging.

❌ We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used, worn, or washed.

  • The issue is related to change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer (unless it was incorrectly sent).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll arrange for the item to be picked up.

  • After the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5-7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa.

Note: In some cases, you may receive a replacement product instead of a refund, based on product availability.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Return shipping is FREE if the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

  • Ineligible or customer-fault returns will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Do not send products back without our confirmation.

  • All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed only after supplier (Markaz) approval.
