Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

The issue is related to change of mind or wrong size selection by the customer (unless it was incorrectly sent).

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

We’ll arrange for the item to be picked up.

After the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund within 5-7 business days via bank transfer or Easypaisa.
Note: In some cases, you may receive a replacement product instead of a refund, based on product availability.
Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping is FREE if the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Ineligible or customer-fault returns will not be accepted.
